Expanded Security Fence Specification — Width, Height, Weight, Open Area
Expanded metal security fence systems made of standard surface metal or flattened surface metal mainly has six types:
- New fence construction — It consists of expanded metal fence merely.
- Retrofit chain link fence — It is made of expanded metal fence and chain link fence. Besides, expanded metal fence with smaller holes is placed on the bottom to prevent small objects going through.
- Retrofit ornamental picket fence — It consists of expanded metal fence and ornamental pickets, which play a role in increasing strength.
- Anti-Climb panel — It is made of expanded metal fence with bending top to improve its anti-climbing ability.
- Below-Grade tunneling panel — It consists of expanded metal fence, which is used for tunneling.
- Retrofit expanded metal fence — It consists of reversed diamond orientation expanded metal fence with larger holes and standard diamond orientation expanded fence with smaller holes, which is placed on the bottom to prevent small objects going through.
